The BMI calculator for teens and children is different than the one for adults. While it uses height and weight, it also uses gender and age. The path to better health
If your BMI indicates that you're overweight or obese, you can reduce you BMI by losing fat. This can be done with the help of standard weight loss strategies like:
- Dietary health is important. Choose lean meats and fruits, vegetables, including whole and unprocessed grains. Reduce sugar, alcohol, food items that are processed, sodas and juices. Consume fewer calories.
